Winpathio is designed for standard commercial agreements: NDAs, MSAs, vendor service agreements, employment agreements, SaaS subscription terms, IP assignment agreements, and consulting contracts. Coverage for more specialized agreement types (M&A, real estate, financing) is in development.
Upload your standard form agreements (DOCX or PDF) directly in the Playbook section of your account. Winpathio extracts your standard clause positions automatically. You can review and adjust them. Starter tier includes one playbook; Team tier supports up to 5; Firm tier is unlimited.
Direct DMS integrations (iManage, NetDocuments, etc.) are on the roadmap for the Firm tier. Currently, you can export reports as structured JSON and import them into any system that accepts JSON. Contact us if a specific integration is a requirement for your evaluation.
Clause identification accuracy on standard NDA benchmarks is 94%. Performance is highest on standard commercial clause types (indemnification, limitation of liability, IP assignment, governing law) and lower on highly bespoke or non-standard structures. We show confidence indicators for each extraction so you know where to verify manually.
You control retention. The default is to retain uploaded contracts and generated reports in your account until you delete them. You can configure auto-deletion after processing if you prefer not to store documents. Firm tier includes custom retention and deletion policies. Your contracts are never used to train our models.
Yes. Every flag includes the original clause text, the playbook position it was compared against, and a plain-language note explaining the variance. You can see exactly why a clause was flagged and what specifically differs from your standard position. Winpathio doesn't just flag — it explains.
